Brad Holden’s 1st place write up: Round 5 At Sand Hutton Gravel Pits

A complete change in the weather saw Team 90 pull into Sand Hutton for a weekend of practice and racing in glorious sunshine. Chris and crew worked hard on the track over the two days and it was agreed the track held up fantastically well to the pounding it took! The weather was hot but the racing was hotter! A very high standard of racing was seen throughout the groups and with the excellent spectating areas at the track it was easy to get a clear view of the action.

Out first went the Autos again with not only race day points up for grabs. This was round 2 of the Auto Dominator Challenge and the Autos were very competitive. Consistent Brad Holden took overall first for the first time and proudly stood atop the podium placing 2-3-3. Connor Cartwright recovered well from a dismal second race and took overall second. Josh Hodges was also consistently well placed and took third.
